Chicken Wine Casserole
If you are one of those unfortunate people to have leftover wine in your fridge that you don’t know what to do with, here’s an easy recipe to try.
Into your slow cooker (or, try in a big frying pan on your stove) mix the following:
4-6 chicken breasts
½ Cup of white wine
1 Can of Campbells cream of mushroom soup
1 Can of sliced mushrooms
Sprinkle of dried thyme
Cook for six hours on high, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice or noodles.
Serves 4-6 people.
