Eating out with Friends and Family at La Torta Woodfired Pizzeria in Wolfville

I can’t believe I had never been to La Torta Woodfired Pizzeria in Wolfville before! So, when a friend and I were meeting up for lunch, I knew just where we should go! 

Here’s what they say about themselves: 

An energetic neapolitan style woodfired pizzeria also featuring fresh salads and desserts. Pair your favourite pizza with a local craft beer from our 12 rotating taps, or a glass of local wine.

In fact, when we had been in, they had just earlier that week, finished completely re-stylizing the restaurant with the coolest graffiti!

The Menu

There are lots of pizzas to choose from, some for every taste bud and dietary need, and are divided into White and Reds – meaning the colour of the sauce. 

I went for a white, and my friend a red. We knew there were no wrong decisions. 

The pizzas were fantastic! 

And, if you didn’t have such a big appetite like I do, they would be great to split with a friend or a child! 

What would have been smart is for us to trade half a pizza each to try two different ones! 

Hours and Location

The restaurant is open most days from 10am-12pm, except for Mondays. Subject to Change. Check the hours here. 

La Torta is located at 117 Front Street, Wolfville, with the entrance being on Central Ave.
