Athletic Camps
Acadia Athletic Camps – A variety of camps to choose from from volleyball to multi sport camps. Some camps are for the full week while others are for a day.
Dance ConXion: Dance ConXion is starting out with only 2 March break DAYS OF DANCE Tues March 17 9:00-3:00 Wed March 18 9:00-3:00 $35 per day. Clayground, Wolfville – offering TAX FREE on all pottery for all Grade school students all week.
Cotton Tale Cafe, New Minas – Daily events for kids 5+. Details to come.

Ross Farm Museum – Come out for March Break on the farm. Each day will have a theme relating to the farm. As always there will be lots of hands on activities for everyone to enjoy and crafts that everyone can participate in throughout the day. Hot chocolate will be served. Weather permitting, there will be sleigh rides.

New Minas Recreation – It will be Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm at the LMCC. Different activities available for different age groups, starting age 5+.
Port Williams Recreation – March 16-19, $20 held at Port Williams Elementary School.

NOTE: Kids have to bring a lunch and any snacks. They’ll need inside shoes and each must dress appropriately for the weather as some of the activities are held outside.
The day campers can count on Outdoor Activities, Arts & Crafts, and Games & Sports. Some of the many special guests and activities planned will be a Magician, a face painter, the County’s Winter Active Team, and Angela Reynolds from the Annapolis Valley Library with Science & Math Games.
Windsor Recreation – We will not be running a March Break Day Camp this year but please plan to join us for some special activities designed to keep kids active over the break.
Specialty Camps
Creative Critters at the Booker School, Port Williams – Registration is now open for the Booker School’s March Break Camps. Camps are run by a mature and creative Environmental Studies and Community Development student, Mariah Skater who has experience leading camps of this nature. The camps shall be supported by our After School Program Coordinator, Karen Clement. Students are expected to bring their own lunch but snacks will be provided.
Dragonfly Haven Theraputic Farm, Mt. Denson – Camp runs from March 16-20th 9am-4pm daily. For all school aged children $25.00 per child per day. Must register. Little Pumpkins, Kentville – MARCH BREAK CAMP: a STEAM camp science, technology, engineering, arts & mathematics.
We will be focusing on one portion of STEAM each day however there is much cross over between the days’ activities and most activities cover a variety of STEAM focuses.
We are a week-long program however if multiple families wish to only attend certain days, we will accommodate to the best of our ability. Space is limited.
Camp includes two snacks of minimum 2 food groups, served at 9:30 am and 2:30 pm. Lunch is at Noon, provided by our chef with over 20 years experience. Everything is made from scratch where possible in our on-site commercial kitchen.
New Minas Baptist Church Adventure Camp – TBA
Outdoor Discovery Camp – The Municipality of Kings is excited to offer a 5 Day Outdoor Discovery Camp from March 16-20, 2020. The camp will run daily 8:30am-4:30pm at a cost of $75.00 per child that will include a child’s fee for the Adventure Climbing wall. The camp is for school-age children from grades 3-6 and home base will be at the Coldbrook Lions Hall located at 1416 South Bishop Rd, Coldbrook.
Note that the camp is designed as an outdoor camp where children will learn and participate in a number of activities that include minor risks associated with fire building, hiking, indoor rock wall climbing, and the possible use of tools.

Art Camp with Colleen Gerrits – (ages 5 and up)
CentreStage Theatre, Kentville – This year, CentreStage Theatre will be holding drama camps for children aged 8-14 years. Participants will learn stage skills such as use of voice, movement, character development, and technical aspects. Everyone will also have a part in the drama that will be performed at the end of the camp.

All March Break Day Camps run from 9:00-5:00 and include snacks and a homemade lunch.
$70 per day or $325 for all 5 days of fun. We offer programs in dance, theatre, music and art. Kids can come for a day or for the whole week of adventure and art. Ages 4+
